The 2003 Phantom was powered by a 6750 cc V12 rated at 460 hp. The engine was mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. The car also received a number of new features. For example, there is the power reserve gauge that indicates how much engine power is available. The rear doors are hinged to the rear and are secured by an electronic lock. Those rear doors also contain an umbrella. The distinctive Spirit of Ecstasy figure atop the equally distinctive radiator grille is electrically retractable.
